AIOHub Terms of Service

Article 1 (Applicability)
- These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set forth the conditions for use of the AI business information platform "AIOHub" (hereinafter "the Service") provided by LuxuCare Inc. (hereinafter "the Company").
- All persons who use the Service (hereinafter "Users") shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (Definitions)
In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
- "Company Page" — A profile page of a company or organization created by a User on the Service.
- "Entry" — An individual content unit that constitutes a Company Page.
- "Block" — The smallest unit of information constituting an Entry (text, FAQ, etc.).
- "AI Interview" — A feature where AI (artificial intelligence) asks Users questions and automatically generates Blocks based on their responses.
- "AI Credits" — Usage-based units required for AI feature consumption.
- "Plan" — The Starter, Pro, Business, and Enterprise subscription plans.
- "Public Page" — A Company Page that is publicly accessible on the Internet by third parties.
- "KYB Verification" — An identity verification procedure to confirm the existence of a company or organization.
- "Consumer User" — An account that logs in to the Service using a Google account and uses the comment feature.
- "Comment" — A question or opinion posted by a Consumer User on a Public Page.
Article 3 (Account Registration)
- Users shall register their accounts by providing true and accurate information.
- Users are prohibited from creating multiple accounts.
- Users are responsible for the management of their accounts and may not transfer or lend them to third parties.
- Users shall promptly update their information when changes occur in their registered information.
Consumer Users log in using their Google accounts. The Company does not retain passwords.
The Company may make User accounts available for use in other services operated by the Company.
Article 4 (Plans and Fees)
- The Service offers Starter, Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans. The fees and details for each plan are posted on the pricing page of the Service.
- Payments for paid plans shall be processed through automatic monthly or annual billing via the payment methods designated by the Company.
- Fees already paid shall not be refunded except as provided in the Company's Refund Policy or as required by applicable law. Please refer to the Refund Policy for details.
- The Company may revise fees with 30 days' prior notice.
Article 4-2 (Refunds)
- In the event of a major service outage or billing error, we will consider issuing a refund.
- Cancellation by choice is not eligible for refund. After cancellation, the service remains available for the remainder of the contract period.
- For details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Article 4-3 (Annual Plan Cancellation)
- If an annual plan is cancelled mid-term, no refund will be issued for the remaining period.
- After cancellation, the service remains available for the remainder of the contract period.
- The plan will not auto-renew at the next renewal date, and the service will terminate.
Article 5 (AI Credits)
- Each plan has a monthly AI Credit limit, which resets monthly.
- AI Credits are consumed when using AI features such as AI Interviews and AI generation.
- Unused AI Credits do not carry over to the following month.
- AI features require prior consumption of Credits; if the balance is insufficient, the features cannot be used.
Article 6 (Handling of Content)
- Copyright in content registered or inputted by Users on the Service (hereinafter "User Content") shall belong to the Users.
- Users grant the Company a non-exclusive license to use User Content to the extent necessary for providing and improving the Service.
- User Content posted on Public Pages will be accessible to third parties (including AI search engines, crawlers, etc.). Users shall publish content with an understanding of this fact.
- Users shall register only content for which they hold lawful rights.
Article 6-2 (Important Information Regarding Published Content)
- When a User sets their Company Page to "Published," the information on that page is treated as public information.
- Published information may be used by third parties in the following ways:
- AI services such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity may cite or reference your company's information in their responses to users.
- Search engines such as Google may display it in search results.
- Other users may view it through AIOHub's Explore (search) feature.
- External applications or AI agents may access it through our API.
- We do not guarantee that published information will be cited by AI services. Whether and how information is cited is determined by each AI service provider.
- IMPORTANT: Do not publish trade secrets, non-public financial information, personal information, or other confidential information on your public pages. Information published on public pages may be used by third parties as described in paragraph 2 above, and we cannot restrict such use.
- We use published information for the following purposes:
- Generating and distributing structured data for AI crawlers (JSON-LD, llms.txt, etc.)
- Analyzing information readiness and scoring
- Generating anonymized cross-industry statistical data (as defined in Article 22-2)
- Service improvement and new feature development
- Non-published (draft) content is not distributed to third parties as described in paragraph 2.
Article 7 (AI-Generated Content)
- Content generated by AI through AI Interviews and other features (hereinafter "AI-Generated Content") is automatically produced based on information provided by the User.
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-Generated Content. Users are responsible for reviewing and editing the content before publication.
- The ownership of copyright in AI-Generated Content shall be determined in accordance with applicable laws.
- The Company uses Anthropic's API (Claude) to provide AI features. Information entered by Users is transmitted to Anthropic's API. The transmitted data is not used for training Anthropic's AI models (pursuant to Anthropic's API Terms of Use). The handling of data by such third-party services is subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of the respective service providers.
- AIOHub generates content drafts using AI technology. The accuracy and completeness of the generated content is not guaranteed.
- Users are responsible for reviewing and correcting AI-generated drafts before publishing them.
- AIOHub shall not be liable for any disputes with third parties arising from AI-generated content.
- AI-generated Blocks are tagged with generatedBy: "AI" in their JSON-LD markup. Users are prohibited from altering or removing this attribution.
Article 8 (Prohibited Activities)
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
- Registering or publishing false company information.
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights, privacy, reputation, or other rights of others.
- Registering or publishing content that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
- Unauthorized access to or interference with the operation of the Service's systems.
- Mass access or scraping using automated tools, except for AI crawlers authorized by the Company.
- Abusing the Service's features to fraudulently obtain or consume AI Credits.
- Unauthorized use of another User's account.
- Registering or publishing information related to antisocial forces.
- Publishing trade secrets, non-public financial information, or other confidential information on public pages (see Article 6-2, paragraph 4).
- Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the Company.
Article 9 (Account Suspension and Freezing)
- The Company may suspend or freeze a User's account without prior notice if the User has violated or is suspected of violating these Terms.
- During a freeze, the publication of Company Pages will be suspended and access to AI features will be restricted.
- Users may file an objection against freeze measures.
Article 10 (KYB Verification)
- The Company provides KYB Verification (identity verification) to enhance the credibility of Company Pages.
- KYB Verification is optional; however, verified Company Pages will display a verification badge.
- Documents submitted for KYB Verification will be managed in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy after verification is complete.
Article 11 (Modification and Discontinuation of the Service)
- The Company may modify the content of the Service or terminate its provision with prior notice to Users.
- In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as emergency maintenance, system failures, or natural disasters, the Service may be temporarily suspended without prior notice.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users due to modification or discontinuation of the Service.
Article 12 (Disclaimer)
- The Service is provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied.
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-Generated Content, the manner in which third-party AI crawlers reference or use data, or the display results in search engines.
- The Company's liability for damages shall be limited to the total amount of usage fees paid by the User to the Company in the preceding 12-month period. The Company shall bear no liability for damages to Users on the free plan.
Article 13 (Account Deletion)
- Users may request account deletion at any time through the method prescribed by the Company.
- Upon account deletion, the publication of Company Pages will be suspended, and the Company will promptly delete data except for retention periods required by law.
- Data recovery after account deletion is not supported.
Article 14 (Amendments to the Terms)
- If the Company amends these Terms, the amended Terms will be posted on the Service, and Users will be notified at least 30 days before the effective date of the amendments.
- If a User continues to use the Service after the amendments, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
- Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kochi District Court as the court of first instance.

Article 17 (Use of AI Features)
- The Service provides features utilizing AI (artificial intelligence) technology. These include AI Interviews, content generation assistance, gap analysis, monthly report generation, and other functions.
- To provide AI features, information entered by Users (text, URLs, images, etc.) is transmitted to the API of an external AI service provider (Anthropic, PBC).
- The data transmitted pursuant to the preceding paragraph is not used for training Anthropic's models (pursuant to Anthropic's API Terms of Use).
- Output results from AI features are for reference purposes only and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. The final judgment and responsibility regarding the use of output results rests with the User.
- Use of AI features consumes Credits. Please refer to the pricing page for Credit limits by plan.
- When using the voice input feature, voice data is converted to text through the speech recognition feature of the User's browser (provided by Google, etc.). The Company does not receive or store voice data.
- The Company may use AI to analyze keywords registered by Users and the structure of their content for the purpose of improving AI feature quality (e.g., classifying search intent of keywords, assessing information completeness). Analysis results are displayed on the User's dashboard and used for service improvement.
Article 18 (Integration with Third-Party Services)
The following third-party services are used in providing the Service. Please also refer to the terms of service and privacy policies of each service.

Article 19 (Rights to AI-Generated Content)
- Copyright and other rights in content generated using AI features (text, structured data, etc.) shall belong to the User.
- However, the Company may use anonymized and aggregated data for the purpose of service improvement and statistical analysis. Individual content will not be disclosed to third parties.
- Users warrant that their input to AI features does not infringe on the copyrights or other rights of third parties.
Article 20 (Credibility Level)
AIOHub's credibility level (credibilityLevel) indicates the status of the information verification process and does not evaluate or rate a company's creditworthiness, financial status, or business soundness.
Article 21 (Collection and Reference of Public Information)
AIOHub collects and references publicly available website information through AI for the purpose of providing strategy recommendations. The collected information is used solely as the basis for recommendations and is not disclosed to third parties.
Article 22 (Data Separation Principle)
AIOHub does not use drafts, unpublished content, or AI Interview responses entered by a User for the analysis or recommendations of other Users. Cross-industry analysis uses only information from public pages and anonymized statistical data.
Article 22-2 (Use and Retention of Anonymized Statistical Data)
- The Company anonymizes and aggregates information collected through the AI Interview feature and uses it to improve service quality across industries.
- This statistical data does not include company names, original response text, or any other information that could identify individual Users.
- Anonymized statistical data is retained even after account deletion, as it cannot be used to identify individual companies.
- The Company uses anonymized statistical data for the following purposes:
- Improving AI Interview question accuracy (learning effective question patterns by industry)
- Analyzing information readiness trends by industry
- Calculating overall service quality metrics
Article 23 (Comment Feature)
- Consumer Users may post Comments on Public Pages.
- The display or hiding of Comments is at the sole discretion of the Company.
- Business Users may hide Comments on their own Company Pages.
- Hiding a Comment does not constitute deletion of data. Comments are retained for the purpose of responding to disclosure requests pursuant to applicable law.
- Business Users and Consumer Users may report inappropriate Comments to the Company.
Article 24 (Prohibited Activities Regarding Comments)
In addition to the prohibited activities set forth in Article 8, Consumer Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the comment feature:
- Comments that constitute defamation, threats, or harassment of others.
- Comments intended for spam, advertising, or solicitation.
- Comments impersonating a company or individual.
- Automated comment posting using bots, scripts, or similar tools.
- Comments that violate public order and morals.
Article 25 (Measures Against Comments)
- If a Comment is found to be in violation of the preceding Article, the Company may take the following measures without prior notice:
- Hiding of the Comment
- Restriction of account use
- Suspension of the account
- The Company shall bear no obligation to provide individual explanations regarding the determination of violations or the content of measures taken.
