AIOHub is a platform that helps AI search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) accurately understand your business information. By creating and publishing structured data, AI can accurately understand your business and introduce it to users.

Yes, you can cancel anytime. After cancellation, you can continue using the service for the remaining contract period. Due to the nature of digital services, we cannot offer refunds for self-cancellation, but we will consider refunds in case of major service failures or payment technical issues. Please see our refund policy page for details.

Go to "Page Management" in the dashboard and click "Create New". You can choose from 4 methods: create from template, create with AI interview, import from materials, or create from scratch.

A template is a blueprint of information items tailored to your industry. Using templates makes it easier to know what information to enter and helps you create pages efficiently.

AI Interview is a feature where AI asks you questions and automatically generates blocks (units of information) based on your answers. Select "Create with AI Interview" when creating a page to start. Each interview consumes 5 AI credits.

The AI Readiness Score evaluates how well your company page is optimized for AI search engines on a scale of 0-100. It is calculated from 7 metrics: profile completeness, content volume, structured data quality, knowledge coverage, citation readiness, freshness, and information source density.

Your score improves as you enrich your page information. Specifically, fill in all profile information, add diverse blocks such as FAQ, service descriptions, and case studies, and update information regularly.

Monthly AI reports are automatically generated at the beginning of each month. You will be notified by email and in-app notification when generation is complete. Reports can be viewed from the "Reports" page in the dashboard.

You can send a password reset email from the "Forgot password?" link on the login screen. Set a new password from the link in the email.

Go to "Settings" → "Notification Settings" in the dashboard to toggle weekly summary emails, reach event notifications, report notifications, seasonal reminders, etc.

You can request account deletion from the "Cancellation" section at the bottom of the Settings page in the dashboard. Your account can be restored for 30 days after deletion request. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
