This is the refund policy for AIOHub, operated by LuxuCare Inc.

Cancellation

  • All plans can be cancelled at any time.
  • After cancellation, the service remains available for the remainder of the contract period.
  • No prorated refunds are provided.

Eligible for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • A major service outage prevented access for 72 hours or more
  • A billing error such as duplicate charges occurred

Not Eligible for Refund

The following cases are not eligible for refund:

  • Cancellation by choice
  • Cancellation after AI credits have been consumed
  • Dissatisfaction with service results
  • Low usage frequency

Refund Process

Refunds are processed through Stripe using the original payment method.

Processing typically takes 5-10 business days.
