This is the refund policy for AIOHub, operated by LuxuCare Inc.
Cancellation
- All plans can be cancelled at any time.
- After cancellation, the service remains available for the remainder of the contract period.
- No prorated refunds are provided.
Eligible for Refund
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- A major service outage prevented access for 72 hours or more
- A billing error such as duplicate charges occurred
Not Eligible for Refund
The following cases are not eligible for refund:
- Cancellation by choice
- Cancellation after AI credits have been consumed
- Dissatisfaction with service results
- Low usage frequency

Refunds are processed through Stripe using the original payment method.
Processing typically takes 5-10 business days.
